Enjoy a full-day trip to Bruges, since 2000 a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The historic center of Bruges has maintained its medieval charm, surrounded by a network of canals, and is home to a riches of architectural and historical gems.
We will meet for an unforgettable day in Bruges at the local office in central Paris at 7:15 am (arriving at about 11:00 am).
A guided walking tour of the medieval core (about 1 hour and 30 minutes) will start your visit. You will see the amazing Grand-Place, the sublime Belfry of Bruges, Our Lady’s Church of the 13th century, the Benedictine convent (Prince Beguinage Ten Wijngaarde), and the majestic Town Hall during your walk.
Take a short cruise along the canals of the city in Summer (April to October) to admire its beautiful Flemish mansions and immerse yourself in the peaceful and mystical atmosphere of Bruges.
In a local restaurant, enjoy the city at your own speed with dinner. Sample the region’s specialties (mussels and fries, traditional Flemish sweet and sour stew beef, waffles, etc.), visit some of the many museums, learn about Flemish art and local craftsmanship, or taste some delicious Belgian chocolates.
Departure from Bruges is scheduled to take place at 4:30 pm and return to Paris at around 9 pm.
