Tokyo Skytree

Quick facts about Tokyo Skytree

Tokyo Skytree is the tallest structure in Japan. This television and radio broadcast site is the main communication point in the region. The tower is standing at the height of 634 meters. Located in Tokyo, it offers panoramic city views.

Tembo Deck, the lowest of the two decks, is 350 meters tall and has three levels, each with spectacular views. The top floor has large, wide windows that provide some of the city’s best 360-degree panoramic vistas. The Musashi Sky Restaurant, which serves French-Japanese fusion cuisine, is located on the middle floor, while the lowest floor contains a cafe and glass panels on the ground from which you can see all the way down to the tower’s base.

The Tembo Deck is connected to the 450-meter-high Tembo Galleria by a second set of elevators. The Tembo Galleria, dubbed “the world’s highest skywalk,” is a sloping spiral ramp that gains height as it encircle the tower. Visitors may look down from the tower’s terrifying height and out over the Kanto Region to magnificent distances thanks to the steel and glass tube’s construction.

A more traditional observation deck floor with lounge areas and tall windows with views of Tokyo is located at the top of the spiral ramp. The highest point of the observation decks is this floor, which is officially positioned at 451.2 meters.

The Tokyo Skytree tour begins on the fourth floor, where tickets for the first observation deck (but not the second) are sold. Visitors can purchase tickets for the second observation deck on the top floor of the first observation deck through a quick and smooth elevator journey.

Visitors then proceed to the second deck before descending to the first observatory’s lower floors, where they board the elevator to the tower’s 5th floor exit.

The tower is illuminated during the night and it is the major part of Tokyo’s skyline.

This is major attraction in Tokyo and very visible landmark from most of the locations in the city.
