Day 1 Golden Circle

Reykjavík City Hall

Your tour starts with a morning Reykjavik pick-up.

Thingvellir National Park

First up is the phenomenal Thingvellir National Park where history and geology come together. See the tectonic plates, Silfra fissure, Althingi parliament, and more.

Geysir

Next up is Geysir Hot Spring Area. Here you will get the opportunity to see Strokkur geyser spot hot water up in the air.

Gullfoss Waterfall

Last but certainly not least is the mighty Gullfoss Waterfall. Gullfoss is one of Iceland’s most visited attractions and that is for a good reason. The golden fall as it is sometimes called is a sight like no other so be sure to bring your camera along.

Seljalandsfoss

After exploring the Golden Circle you will make your way South. First up is Seljalandsfoss waterfall. A unique waterfall that you can walk behind and enjoy from both sides.

Skogafoss

The neighboring waterfall of Skogafoss is up next. This mighty fall drops 32 meters of glacier water creating a dramatic setting, every photographer’s favorite!

Day 2 Black Sand Beach, Glacier Lagoon & Ice Cave

Reynisfjara Beach

First up is the unique black sand beach of Reynisfjara. See the Reynisdrangar basalt pillars peak up from the powerful Atlantic sea before continuing your journey.

Glacier Lagoon

Next up is Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, the crown jewel of Iceland’s South Coast. Admire the floating icebergs and drink in the stunning surroundings.

Fellsfjara

The Diamond Beach is a strip of black sand belonging to the greater Breiðamerkursandur glacial plain, located by Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon on the South Coast of Iceland. Here, the icebergs which fill the Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon wash up on shore, standing dazzling and defiant in stark contrast to the black sand beach. It is, therefore, a favorite amongst photographers, nature-lovers, and wildlife enthusiasts. Many seals call this beach home, and it is one of the best places in the country to see orcas from the shore.

Day 3 Glacier Hike & Skaftafell Nature Reserve

Vatnajokull Glacier

Your third day starts with a glacier hiking adventure on Europe’s largest glacier, Vatnajokull. Learn all there is to know about Icelandic Glaciers and admire the stunning ice formations that mother nature has created such as sinkholes, crevasses, moulins, ridges, and sculptures.

Fjadrargljufur Canyon

After your glacier hiking adventure, you will head to the famous secret canyon of Fjadrargljufur where scenes from Justin Bieber’s I’ll show you music video was shot.

Reykjavík City Hall

After Fjadrargljufur you will start making your way back to Reykjavik. Your guide will drop you off at your Reykjavik hotel between 20-22 pm.

Day 4 Volcano Hike & Northern Lights

Geldingadalir Volcano

After a great breakfast at your hotel, you will check out of the hotel. In the morning you will be picked up for your Volcano Hiking tour at Geldingadalir.

Reykjavik

After the hiking tour, you will be dropped off back at the hotel where you stayed, where you will have some free time to explore Reykjavík.

Reykjavik

In the evening you will be picked up for your Northern Lights tour. Around midnight you will be dropped off back in Reykjavík, where you complete your tour.
