This tour takes you to The Kelpies: the largest equine sculptures as a testament to the industrial past of Scotland. Here you can learn about the power of these legendary horses of water and how horse power has driven the industrial revolution in Scotland.
You then continue into the Trossachs’ beautiful forest-covered hills in the heart of National Park Loch Lomond. You travel along the picturesque road to Loch Lomond from here. You’ll have a great view of the loch here.
At the local inn (own expense), you can have refreshments or walk in Rob Roy’s footsteps, taking in nature, tranquility and spectacular views of Loch Lomond’s eastern shores.
We then travel to Stirling Castle, where you can visit this imposing fortress, the Stuart Kings ‘ favorite residence, where Mary Queen of Scots was crowned.
