Itinerary
Day 1: Paris – Chateau d’Amboise – Clos-Luce – Tours
To take the Aquitaine road, we will start by crossing the southern districts of Paris. First up is a guided tour of the Loire River overlooking the Chateau d’Amboise. We will proceed with a guided tour of Clos-Luce, the final dwelling of Leonardo de Vinci, after free time for dinner (own costs).
Then we will drive to Villandry Castle. Discover the beautiful avenues of linden trees that divide the gardens into several distinct levels in the business of your guide.
We will then proceed to Tours (30 minutes by coach from Villandry) and take a guided tour of the ancient town. Discover the charm lined with enchanting half-timbered houses in this historic neighborhood.
Day 2: Tours – Chateau de Chenonceau – Chateau de Cheverny – Chateau de Chambord – Paris
We will head out for a guided tour of Chateau de Chenonceau after breakfast at the hotel, followed by a tour of Chateau de Cheverny. We will have dinner at the Hotel Saint-Hubert afterward.
Our stay in the Loire Valley finishes with a royal Chateau de Chambord guided tour.
We will leave at about 4:30 pm, returning at around 7:00 pm to the initial meeting point in Paris.
