St. Andrews and Kingdom of Fife Day Trip From Edinburgh
This tour takes you across the magnificent Forth Rail Bridge to South Queensferry.
Then follow the coastal route through the pretty fishing villages in Fife’s East Neuk (including a stop in Anstruther) into the medieval Kingdom of Fife.
This allows you to enjoy the historic city of St. Andrews for about 3 hours. You can visit the cathedral, castle, and university, shop at leisure and walk along a beautiful white sand beach next to the golf home Old Course.
We then travel west through Fife’s heart, stopping in Falkland’s historic village, home to the historic Renaissance Palace of James V. You are returning home to Edinburgh from here.
