Busch Gardens Tampa is a safari adventure with roller coasters! Vacations in the tropics are full of adventure thanks to the diverse wildlife and thrilling attractions. The thrills never stop coming at these ten uniquely African themed sections filled with animals, rides, entertainment, and delicious food.

There are twelve different areas where various animals can be seen, including zoo staples like cheetahs, gorillas, chimpanzees, meerkats, lemurs, orangutans, tigers, elephants, and more. Some are hands-on displays where you can engage with the animals—you might even get to feed a kangaroo!

Wait, did you say rides? From the most daring thrill-seekers to the youngest of riders, the amusement park has rides for everyone. The latest roller coaster, Falcon’s Fury, takes its inspiration from the predatory bird’s dive for its prey. This tower drop coaster can spin around at 60 miles per hour while facing downward.

You’ll work up an appetite after seeing the animal exhibits and exhilarating attractions. Visit the Garden Gate Cafe for a pizza and pasta buffet and a Coca-Cola drink, or the Desert Grill for a family-friendly menu featuring baby back ribs, spaghetti and meatballs, Italian sausage sandwiches and many more.
