This is a Small group course for food lovers that is held in the heart of Florence city centre. This is how one can find out about Tuscan and Florentine culture by being taught some of its celebrated food, wine traditions. On this course you can learn to cook a classic Tuscan meal.

Typical Tuscan Cooking Class in Florence

In a top class cookery school you will be able to make a four-course meal (starter, first course, second course and dessert) under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef. The course will be followed by dinner with the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere.

The cooking class in Florence will be held in an ancient and unique location that was once home to Michelangelo Buonarroti, the renowned artist! A local re-energized chef will guide you through the preparation of three distinct dishes with her competent and professional assistance.

This culinary lesson uses only fresh, organic, and locally sourced foods. You’ll have the opportunity to learn a lot about Italian cuisine and cooking skills while having a good time. You can have lunch or dinner with the meal you prepared at the end of the session, complemented by a fine local wine. You’ll make the following dishes:

• Crostone with Pecorino cheese, honey, and walnuts as an appetizer

• Main course: Tagliatelle with tomato or ragout sauce (homemade).
