Phillip Island Penguin Parade & Wildlife Adventure Tour

Upon picking up the central Melbourne or St Kilda from your hotel, take a trip through Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs to the small country town of Tooradin.

Continue over Westernport Bay to the top and end at Maru Koala and Wildlife Park. Here you can get close and personal to Australian wildlife including kangaroos, wallabies, emus, dingos, wombats and, of course, koalas. You’ll also have the option to have a koala (own expense) taken with your picture.

From here it’s a short drive to Phillip Island where you’ll stop at Panny’s Chocolate Factory to sample some of their chocolate goodness and take in the spectacular views of Cape Woolamai and Woolamai Beach. You will also see the Grand Prix Circuit of Phillip Island, and the ancient ruins of volcanoes known as The Nobbies.

On the way to the Phillip Island Penguin Parade, it’s time to travel along the coastline spotting wallabies in the wild. Here you can settle into the environment of the little penguin as you watch them come ashore for the night, waddling under and next to the boardwalks.
