Through experiencing this specially designed menu in our kitchen over 3 hours, authentic skills, methods and techniques as well as learning about widely used Thai ingredients are covered and you are assured to be encouraged to include Thai food in your daily repertoire. Also, taking a hands-on class will provide the opportunity to improve knife skills, all of which are important for this cooking style. This class is high energy that reflects Thai cooking’s nature and flavors.

Whilst we endeavor to accommodate food preferences and allergen avoidance, some classes are not suitable for participants with life threatening reactions. Due to the nature of taking part in a group activity we are unable to accommodate requests to omit certain ingredients from classes that contain them.

With some modification of recipes this class is suitable for Gluten Free diet (using tamari in place of soy sauce). But it is not suitable for Vegetarian diet.
