Visit the boutique and winning wineries on this amazing wine tour of the Hunter Valley. Drive through the vineyards, sample the wine, exchange one winery for distillery tours, taste gourmet food–chocolate and cheese.

We’re going to stop at Walkabout Wildlife Park on the way to the Hunter–home to free-roaming kangaroos, wallabies, emus. Aboriginal bush tucker selection of tea & coffee in the morning. Meet the rangers and get next to the koalas.

Sydney Pick-up 7:30 am-8:00 am: We will pick you up at designated Sydney locations or we will be able to pick you up at the hotel for an extra fee.

Then we’re going to Walkabout Wildlife Park. Meet the ranger–a chance to have koala and python hands-on. With a choice of Indigenous bush tucker, we will also enjoy tea and coffee in the morning. The Wildlife Park is home to kangaroos, wallabies, emus, possums (some species are in enclosures such as koalas, wombats, echidnas, and tassie devils).

Drive through the vineyards next to Hunter Valley, tour boutique wineries, and enjoy customized wine tasting! Visited wineries include De Iulius–2015 Hunter Valley Winemaker of the Year, Tintilla Fine Wines and Olives, Semillon and Shiraz Trophy Winner, and Piggs Peake, known for their reds.

In a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy your lunch-your choice of BYO Cafe or Restaurant. Then go on to Hunter Valley, visit 2 winning wineries boutiques, taste homemade olives, and chutneys, and visit a distillery or brewery if you’re interested.

At the Chocolate Shop, we’re going to taste Binnorie cheese & stop. Binnorie cheese, winning local cheese made from goats and milk for cows. Stop at a candy shop to find amazing local fudge and chocolate offerings.

Return to Sydney at 6:45 pm at last.
