Jurere international, a Beverly Hills-like suburb with beautiful homes and beach clubs nearby, will be our first stop. A stop in the colonial suburb of Santo Antonio de Lisboa, where you can browse for handcrafted souvenirs and learn about oyster farming, will be our next destination, at 11:30 a.m. At 1:00 p.m. downtown, a lunch break will be served. The Hercilio Luz Bridge is a great place to take a break and snap a few photos.
Mercado Publico, a cathedral, the XV of November Square, the Cruz e Sousa Museum, and a former customs house that now serves as a handcrafted market are all on the itinerary for the return trip at 2:30 pm. Shop for footwear and fish among the locals on Main Street at 3:00 pm. For a 5:00 pm arrival back at your starting point, you’ll depart at 4:00 pm.
