On a half-day city tour of Christchurch, see the great buildings, stunning gardens, and picturesque observation points. Wander the Monavale Gardens, which have lovely ponds and water features, and drive through the city center, which has been seriously damaged and destroyed by the earthquake that struck the city in February 2011.

The penguins kept here are rescued and cared for birds, some of them have been with us since they were babies. Many of them would not have survived in the wild on their own due to physical defects that rendered them defenseless.
