In the arrivals hall at the Jorge Chavez International Airport, a local staff member will be waiting for you from where they will transport you to your hotel. After breakfast, a free day or an optional full city tour of modern and colonial Lima, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1991. A tour with a bilingual guide on an air-conditioned bus. A full-day travel to Urubamba, the Inca Sacred Valley. Visit the village of Pisac, founded during the Colonial era. The Indians trade their goods on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, and craftsmen from all over the region sell their woven alpaca wool blankets and ponchos, engraved gourds, antique reproductions, and jewelry. Early in the morning, you will be transported by bus to the sanctuary of Machu Picchu after a delicious breakfast.
