Itinerary

Day 1
Las Vegas

Welcome to Las Vegas! Welcome!

Our delegate will be picked up at the airport. To facilitate transfers, please make sure to provide us with contact details. The driver will be at the baggage claim office. Please call our emergency backup number given at the time of booking if you can not find the drive. PARIS Hotel Check-in (Check-in time: 4 PM).

Please note that at the time of check-in with Incidentals, the hotel will take your credit card. If no charges are made, the hold on the card is lifted until the guests check out. Please check in with the front desk for any additional charges if you would like to do an early check in. There are two dates at Harrah’s that we are hosting. Review before validating, please.

Meet at 6 pm in the hotel lobby with your tour manager to start the tour. Dinner will be at the (walking distance from the hotel) Indian restaurant. Explore the bright lights of the popular Las Vegas Strip in a stretch limo after your dinner, where you’ll have an unobstructed view of the glitz and glamour of Vegas. Next up on the list of Vegas icons that must be seen: Fremont Lane. With 12 million LEDs blinking under a four-block-long canopy, complete with zip liners flying overhead, this stop will impress you. When your tour is over, make a regal entrance to the hotel in the Limo. At the hotel overnight.

There won’t be a coach on this day.

Day 2
Las Vegas

Today is, by itself, a free day.

Our Tour Manager will drop you off at the pickup place for your tour if you have booked your Grand Canyon via us, and breakfast will be packed for those passengers taking the coach tours of the Grand Canyon.

For passengers who choose not to take the Grand Canyon, we will provide $20 in cash for breakfast per person.

Meet your tour manager for dinner at an Indian restaurant in the evening. It’s a free evening to explore. At the hotel overnight.

There won’t be a coach on this day!!!

Day 3
Los Angeles City Tour

Have an early start & departure for Los Angeles following a buffet breakfast at the hotel.

Enjoy some shopping therapy at ONTARIO MILLS. It is one of the top tourist destinations in Southern California, with over 28 million tourists visiting this outlet. J.Crew Factory, Tommy Hilfiger Company Store, Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, Nike Factory Store and several more are among the outlets.

Visit OUE Skyspace and witness a 360-degree Panoramic View from the West of Mississippi ‘s second tallest building. The building system is designed to withstand earthquakes on a richer scale to the magnitude of 8.3. In order to get a wonderful view of the city, you will be taken to the 70th floor. To get a glimpse of the city in its glory, you can also slide from one floor of the building to another.

Take a city tour of Los Angeles. Enjoy our professional tour guide’s guided tour of Los Angeles. Drive through the busy streets of Dolby Theater and Rodeo Drive, Avenue of Stars. From one of the vantage points, get your picture of the iconic Hollywood sign.

Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner at a restaurant in India. And then sign in for your overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4
Los Angeles - Bakersfield

You will be brought to Universal Studios to spend a full day in the park after breakfast at the hotel. With exciting theme rides, restaurants, exhibits, shops and one of the oldest real functioning film studios in use, this Sprawling Amusement Park is certainly a special and fun-filled experience for the entire family.

In the afternoon (about 3 pm) we will leave the park to proceed to Bakersfield, CA. On the way, dinner at the Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the Bakersfield, CA Hotel.

Day 5
Bakersfield - Yosemite National Park - San Francisco

You can travel from Bakersfield to Yosemite National Park today after breakfast (approximately 5 hours by car).

For its granite cliffs, waterfalls, clear streams, Sequoia groves, lakes , mountains, meadows, and glaciers, Yosemite is known worldwide. Marvel at the spectacular scenery and read about the history, wildlife and geology of the most popular sights in Yosemite Valley. Take your passion for photography in the majesty and Reignite Sit back , relax and explore the incredible scenery and hidden secrets of Yosemite National Park.

Drive from here to San Mateo (about 4 1/2 hours) and check into your hotel. Enjoy an en-route buffet dinner at an Indian restaurant. At the hotel overnight.

Day 6
San Francisco

Today, you will have a full day to enjoy yourself in San Francisco.

Enjoy the amazing San Francisco skyline on BAY CRUISE with breathtaking views of Alcatraz, Golden Gate Bridge & Bay Bridge after breakfast at the hotel. For a comprehensive history of this great city, an audio tour in 16 languages is available. For lunch on your own.

In an awe-inspiring 3D movie that has you soaring with your feet dangling over the town by the bay, enjoy and explore San Francisco ‘s greatest landmarks and attractions. The Flyer SF is the ideal way for this beautiful and vibrant city to launch its city tour. The Flyer-San Francisco blends motion seats, live-action and computer-generated imagery to mimic flight and create a sweeping experience for all your senses with in-theater special effects.

In an in-depth city tour including TWIN PEAKS, San Francisco’s Twin Peaks are two famous hills near the city center, your city tour guide today will cover all the major highlights of the city. Each is about 922 feet tall, and all the way down to the ocean, they offer spectacular views of the Bay Area. Enjoy a fantastic trip aboard a cable car (the last manually operated cable car system in the world-if it is operational). At the hotel overnight.

Day 7
San Francisco

Unfortunately, our lovely tour of the West Coast will come to an end today. Check-out from the hotel after breakfast (check out time is 11 am). The hotel has a regular shuttle service to the airport.

Please check shuttle timings at the bell desk. Please take a cab on your own if you have any early flights & no shuttle is operational. (Timings for the shuttle are between 5 AM and 9 PM).
