Our guide and driver will welcome you to Hanoi City upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport. Check in at the hotel and you can explore on your own or take it simple and relax in your hotel space afterwards. Hanoi overnight.
A town tour of Hanoi begins with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (from outside), His House on-stilts, One-Pillar Pagoda and Literature Temple — constructed in October 1073 to worship Confucius and regarded the first college in Vietnam.
After dinner we will drive to Hoan Kiem Lake where you will see Ngoc Son Temple worshiping the saint of Van Xuong and the former secretary general, Tran Hung Dao. Later in the afternoon, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a 1-hour cycling ride around the 36 streets in Hanoi’s Old Quarter followed by dinner at the local restaurant. Hanoi overnight.
We leave Hanoi in the morning and travel to the amazing and mystical Ha Long Bay, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and one of the region’s most lovely sites. Situated in the Tonkin Gulf, it is a spectacular collection of 2,000 islands covering an area of more than 1,500 km. This creates a dramatic seascape of pillars and cliff faces in calcareous stone. With beverages and a fresh seafood dinner, our crew will welcome you on board. To see the incredible rock formations (karsts), you’ll check into your cabins and begin driving around the bay.
You will cruise towards Bai Tu Long Bay, passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy (Monster Head) and Am Tich (Teapot) Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village.
We’re going to discover the mystery of Sung Sot Cave, one of Ha Long Bay’s most lovely caves. You’ll have plenty of time to swim and kayak at the Tunnel Cave later. Relax in the casual and cozy atmosphere on the ship during the evening, where you will have an elegant dining experience. If we’re in the correct season, we can see the traditional manner of caught new fish. Get your cameras ready for a dramatic sunset, spend the night on board near a distant island, lounge under the clear, star-filled sky and retire to your cabin at leisure.
Overnight on board.
We will proceed to cruise through the karsts after breakfast, some of which show wonderful and mystical forms before entering a tiny ship to visit the Luon Cave. Back on board for an early dinner before you say farewell to our ship and crew and head back for your departure flight on the highway to Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi). End of tour.
