The sights and sounds of Florence, the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, will be introduced to you on this day. For a panoramic view of Florence, we'll head up to Piazzale Michelangelo, then to a nearby workshop to see how Florence's fine leather goods are produced.
We will then walk to the Ponte Vecchio over the Arno River, the Duomo, the Bell Tower of Giotto and the Uffizi, which is home to one of the world's finest art collections. You'll be free to roam at our last stop of the day in Pisa; make sure your camera is ready as you reach the Square of Wonders and the famed Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Cathedral of Pisa and the Baptistery.
By moving on to Sanremo or Savona for an overnight stay, we end our evening.
As we say goodbye to Italy and hello to Monaco, a stunning drive along one of the most sublime stretches of the Mediterranean coastline awaits.
Our walking tour will take us first to Monaco's Prince 's Palace, then on to the Courthouse, the Oceanographic Museum and the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Grace Kelly's resting spot.
