Itinerary

Day 1: Vancouver – Nanaimo – Tofino – Port Alberni

Depart from West Vancouver’s Horseshoe Bay and head via BC Ferries to Vancouver Island.

Enjoy the picturesque sail across the Georgia Strait. Come to Nanaimo and then ride to Tofino on the bus tour. Take time to walk and enjoy the beautiful Pacific Coast of Canada. As an optional activity, whale-watching tours are available. In late spring and summer, wildlife like sea lions and bald eagles are likely to be observed.

Day 2: Port Alberni – MacMillan Provincial Park – Coombs – Qualicum Beach – Parksville – Nanaimo – Vancouver

Vancouver to Tofino 2 Day Tour Private

Visit MacMillan Provincial Park and one of Vancouver Island-Cathedral Grove’s most accessible stands of giant Douglas fir trees. Enjoy the treasurable old-growth forest over 800 years ago. Head to Coombs, renowned for the unique view of the grassy rooftops of the goats.

Choose some local souvenirs from the Coombs public market. Then stop on the way to Nanaimo by Qualicum Beach. Relax and enjoy the lovely seaside. Have fun with some shell-picking activities on the beach in Parksville. Take BC Ferries back to Vancouver after a short break at Nanaimo.
