1-Day Halong Bay Trip From Hanoi with Phoenix Cruises

You will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi by bus (on request). We then depart Hanoi for a 3.5-hour trip to Halong Bay (book transfer in the next step). Around noon, we arrive in Halong City and board a traditional wooden junk for a cruising journey to the bay’s heart. While the boat is gliding out, a fresh seafood meal (vegetarian menu offered) is served. Prepare for unusual images and awe-inspiring natural wonders, including limestone bedrocks and towering cliffs of little islands with whimsical names like Fighting Cocks (Halong Bay’s symbol), Duck, Swan, Incense Burner, and Stone Dogs.

Stop for a rowing boat ride near Ba Hang Village, then continue cruising to Thien Cung Cave (Heaven Palace Cave), where you may explore vast chambers covered with stalactites and stalagmites of all varieties. Continue to relax as you cruise back to Ha Long Harbor, where our waiting car will take you back to Hanoi. Around 20:00–20:30, your trip will come to a close at your hotel.
