This is not the largest outlet center, but a good mix of name brand manufacturers and designer outlets will be found by many shoppers. The Barstow Outlets could be a welcome relief for shoppers looking for quality merchandise at outlet prices, but who dread shopping in crowded outlet malls. It is quite small, and it is not very busy.
